Our deposit is $300 it will hold the puppy of your choice. The deposits are nonrefundable no exceptions.

The puppies will be free of infectious disease for a period of 5 days.  (distemper, rabies) no other infectious disease viruses are covered under this replacement guarantee and the buyer accepts this agreement. Buyer agrees to have puppy or puppies checked within 1 week by his or her veterinarian at their own expense. If not, guarantee is void. Guarantee does not cover hernias of any kind, testicles not descending, reproduction, size, color, or temperament.

Guarantee is void if puppy is sold or transferred to another owner.

Under no circumstance will the purchase price of puppy be returned. Breeder will 
only replace puppy if the puppy is found to have a genetic disorder that warrants replacement. 
Only in circumstances that warrant a replacement will be granted within one year of determining replacement is granted. In any replacement circumstance, registration papers are to be signed over to the breeder, and the animal returned before replacement, or proof from a veterinarian that the puppy was euthanized at the buyer’s expense.

Under no circumstance will the seller be responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer.

If such a problem a rises the buyers full responsibility to care for the puppy and will not hold the breeder accountable in any way. The breeder has administered the basic de-worm product recommended by the breeders Vet and cannot be held accountable for a problem arising after puppy is delivered to the buyer.  All puppies sold by the breeder have been seen by breeders vet and given a health check.  Puppies will come with first set of shots and worming determined by the breeders veterinarian. The guarantee does not cover parasites internal or external. If any legal disputes between buyer and seller arise all legal action must take place in the State of Indiana in the county of Clay County.
